From 3D CAD files we can generate Stereo lithography, Selective Laser Sintered and Wax models in hours and as a follow on metal castings in 3 days and polyurethane and blow moulded parts in 5 days. The processes that we use allow parts to be used as one off verification models, multiple engineering and marketing samples, to first off production intent in production materials.
The in-house polyurethane shop produces various tooling methods to suit part requirements; vacuum casting for highly detailed parts, RIM for large parts and Super RIM for yielding high numbers of parts (100+ from silicon tooling). From Buttons to Bumpers.
Blow Molded Parts
Production materials are blow molded into resin or aluminum tooling, in our 2D Rapid Blow Molding Machine. The parts are just like production, parts have all the detail and tooling split lines, but take a fraction of the time to produce.
Prototypes can be finished, sprayed and printed to reflect production parts. The latest technology advancement to our finishing services allows parts to have leather-look wood and metal/chrome finishes.
