Our Quality Engineers ensure that workshop process documentation is introduced correctly on new projects and are adhered to on existing projects, incorporating any running changes. They record and check parts coming onto the assembly line from suppliers and test and check parts being delivered to customers. We have invested in the latest computerised technology equipment for the testing and measurement of parts. For example air decay and burst pressure testing, where we 100% test all parts. Parts are inspected against Client approved samples, checking fixtures, and CMM measured to latest level drawings/CAD files.
