We have dedicated Project Engineers for Product Design and Tooling, our clients can access our design services at any stage.

Concept Design - Creative Ideas that are judged to have potential are worked through in more detail, taking into account all influencing factors, in order to arrive at early 2D sketches and early physical models.   Concept Development - A tighter focus on a smaller selection of concepts to merge the different factors of the product features (ergonomic, technical, production, technology, aesthetic and so on).

Typical output from this phase – as above, but with more refinement and greater emphasis on 3D CAD we then begin to make one off Sla or SLS models.
