Preparing for Production - What follows can include any number of things depending upon the client or company’s capability and resources. Some have development resources and rely on their own inhouse Project Manangers to carry through the product into production or we can complete this work, testing prototypes or first of production tooled parts in preparation for production. Steering the process, working closely with the Clients technical team and responding with modifications in response to required changes, either as a result of development or from market research, until production tooling is procurred and the final product is assembled, signed off, packed and shipped!
