From 3D CAD files we can generate Stereolithography, Selective Laser Sintered and Wax models in hours and as a follow on metal castings in 3 days and polyurethane and blow moulded parts in 5 days. The processes that we use allow parts to be used as one off verification models, multiple engineering and marketing samples, to first off production intent in production materials.
Metal Castings – our unique process for metal castings negates the need for traditional tooling, producing near net cast detail with physical metal properties to production intent standards. In-house, finished machined, from prototype through to production if required, in any cast material.
