Polyurethane Parts – the in-house polyurethane shop produces various tooling methods to suit part requirements; vacuum casting for highly detailed parts, RIM for large parts and Super RIM for yielding high numbers of parts. From Buttons to Bumpers.
Blow Molded Parts – production materials are blow molded into resin or aluminum tooling, in our 2D Rapid Blow Molding Machine. The parts are just like production, parts have all the detail and tooling split lines, but take a fraction of the time to produce.
Finishing - prototypes can be finished, sprayed and printed to reflect production parts. The latest technology advancement to our finishing services allows parts to have leather-look wood and metal/chrome finishes.
